Anyone heard anything about aluminum flywheels?
I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything about anyone releasing aluminum flywheels anytime soon for the tc2? I know act now has clutches so im hoping they will have some soon to follow.
Made by ACT, www.fastscions.com has one now, 10 pounds.

By the way -- ACT only has it available, at present, in their ProLite line, which isn't recommended for daily drivers. These are their ultra lightweight flywheels, which many people find much harder to drive than stock. If they offered a flywheel in the StreetLite line, which is still much lighter than stock, I think that's what I'd recommend for most people.
I'm probably going to hold off on a flywheel upgrade until I can get something heavier than the ProLite, especially since I'm thinking about installing my NST lightweight crankshaft pulley soon which will have a similar effect on rev drop. ProLite + NST lightweight crankshaft pulley would probably be murder. Swap out the ProLite for the StreetLite, however, and I'm game.
