Big thing with the install, put all the ribber gaskets on the intake itself, the attach the filter from the bottom.

install:
based on papa_bears injen install...

STOP at unscrewing the ECU screws

the rubber screw thing doesnt go in the same places...instead it goes where the bolt for the snorkel goes

angle the negative connection on the battery

loosen all the rubber couplers

coupler @ throttle then 1st tube then next coupler

unbolt under the car to slide the filter in, let it rest there and just bring it up enough to tighten it with the 2nd tube in it

connect both tubes at coupler

question before i start my car. for the pips who has them, did you guys used the clamp that is used on the stock intake tube? damn that two tabs on the clamp is at the back, hard to reach...
and yeah, got more chips. ahahahaa

No, i used the ones descendant sent. Just use a small vice grip.

Thats how i felt too lol! I heard a *clank* , i was like "oh crap", but then i thought maybe it was the socket that i dropped into the engine somewhere =]

Maybe you were expecting something different? Cus I definitely feel and hear something. Especially at high rev

well i hear a sound like muffler. like my muffler became louder...

and i keep revving up to try to feel and hear something. ahaahha

oh and i just notice if i revved up, i hear a 'sssuuuppp' sound. like a vacuum that suddenly sucks a large thing... lolz

 

That's some of the air coming back out the intake
