Engine noise? What is it?

Hey what’s up guys, I have a 2016 tC that started making this noise at 3-5 seconds on the video.
I can’t track it down and I’ve noticed sometimes it will happen and sometimes it won’t.
Almost seems as if maybe a relay is engaging?

Thoughts on this please.
