Hey - first thread outside of the 'introduction thread' - w00t! -I've been lurking a while on this forum along with a few others - (get the best info here through )

PLEASE CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG but from what I've been reading as far as exhaust goes -

Im seeing a lot of posts about exhaust in the tC and all of the different configurations/how they sound but with minimal power gains.

My question - if you were to only change 1 aspect of the exhaust (axleback, resonator, cat, header, etc) what do you think would be the MOST beneficial as far as performance gains and sound.

Looking to change something up - if there is a chance for increased power, i want it - but not at the cost of being overly loud or raspy

 

probably dezods green header but its expensive. either that or a megan racing mid pipe

 

you may like the ARK dt-s or Ark grip cat back exhaust but they are expensive. I have the Dezod green header just haven't installed it yet. dezod is also working on a N/A s-pipe for the tC2.

 

Dezod header for sure. Better gains than any exhaust

 

Soundwise take a look at this. A rather OK representation of the difference between stock and Dezod green on a 2012 RS 7.
