Oil change filter housing the entire housing turns..
Ever single time I go to change the oil in my 2013 when I go to loosen the plug cap on the oil filter housing the entire housing turns.
I’ve tried everything i can think of to stop the housing from turning but No matter what I can’t break the plug cap loose.
Any advice on how to get that part loose so I can drain the housing before I take it off?

Mine has done this once or twice. Just remove the whole housing for now, then zip that center bolt out with an impact. It's just that the oil put on the seal is acting like glue and needs a kick to get it out. Depending on which filter you replace them with (I use the TRD's) it may come with torque specs to help prevent that from happening.
