Default Transmission issue.

Hey. I just recently got a 2011 Scion tC 2 with 98,000 thousand miles last week. All the shifting seemed normal. Just tonight I did a fender bender behind my friends car going maybe 5 or less miles an hour. I just ran into the back of her cat by accident.
The thing is no fender is bent. Both of ours are absolutely fine. Hardly any marks. Well now in like first gear my shifts going into second the sound of it jumps slightly up then back down. I do notice a difference in shifting in that gear.
I feel like I've lost power slightly in a strong acceleration with foot going more towards the floor. the are no hiccups really in gears when I try to accelerate fast.

Any thoughts?
