dezod turbo hotside of intercooler
#3
This part of the install is a true test to you attention to detail AND install.
My recommendation......
1) Attached silicone coupler to outlet of turbo and tighten clamp holding it onto comp housing
2) Get turbo clocked in the right spot.
3) Insert squiggle pipe into comp outlet silicone, but do not tighten clamp on this part yet.
4) Put silicone on end of squiggle, but don't tighten
5) Insert channel lock pipe into the coupler, but don't tighten
6) Take silicone transition and put on end of channel lock, but don't tighten any clamps
7) Take 90 that goes into intercooler and egage into both 90 silicone AND intercooler with couplers, but again, don't tighten anything.
Test fit bumper. If it fits without removal of ANYTHING or cutting, you're 100% on track. Take it off and go back to tighten all the clamps. If you don't fit, then go back repeat steps and adjust as necessary.
Again, this is the most challenging part of the install.
