I am a noob to the whole turbo world so I will ask you this. Why would a plug swap will solve your issue? Burnt plugs means SUPER LEAN air/fuel ratio on any engine be it a 2 or 4 cycle. Could also be a timing issue as well right? Edumacate me if I am missing something guys. I do remember reading somewhere around here that boosted engines need a colder rated plug than factory, at least 2 steps colder.

moved to FI.

iridium plugs are already on your car and pretty much the best you can get. some people suggest going a step colder for boost.. but you should probably look into why your plugs are going bad that fast.... because it really shouldn't
