the a/c you have to remove the radio bezel and the piece that hold the cig lighter and then pull the a/c unit out i dont remember if there is a bolt idts but im not sure
as for the speedometer
1. remove the radio bezel
2. remove the mirror controll switch bezel
3. i find it easier to lower the steering wheel all the way
4. pull the gauge cluster bezel straight out
5. on the back you will see little tabs use a small flat head screw driver pop each of them and remove the silver pieces

and the vent trim is a pain in the ___ so if you start this please realize that it is time consuming and very difficult to do heres a link to how to do it im trying to find time to redo this with pictures

DIY is going great. Do you know if the orange plastic pieces can be removed from the A/C control gauges? I'm looking at them and it looks like they must have heated the plastic and pushed them in
