Air Bag and Seat Belt Light issues..

Air Bag and Seat Belt Light issues..
Got the 2015 tC in July, Air Bag Light stays on and Seat Belt Light flashes constantly. The Passenger Air Bag On Light doesn't come on either.
Believe it's the passenger seat. Did a CARFAX and showed no accidents. I'm very worried about any airbags not working if I were to get in an accident.
