So has anyone figured out how to change the few key settings? The ones im talking about are the

Amount of times it takes to hit unlock to unlock all doors
signal flashers on unlock
alarm sound on lock and unlock

 

sounds like something easily customize-able with a TechStream.

 

I'm not familiar with that would you care to elaborate?

 

TechStream is a device and software your Toyota dealership uses to adjust the computer of the car for various settings.

The stuff you are requesting I believe are all listed in the manual as customizable settings that can be done by the dealership.

I don't think there is a way we can adjust these settings using the old stick key in ignition, and holding down some random button for x amount of seconds.... Just take it in and get them to adjust the settings. I don't think they would charge for this since it's like a 5min job.
