Default Gauge Install

Hello all - noob here. I'll be doing some engine mods within the next few months and I'll need to install some gauges for monitoring purposes. My plan (today) is to do a pod on the dash. What I'm looking for is where to get 12V switched power (key on) and dimmer power (lights). I've searched this forum and haven't come up with anything. Thanks for the help.

If you are running a constant power and use a relay you find all the wires you are looking for in the deck wiring. VSS, dimmer, switched are all there.
Here is the wiring for the car.
Hope this helps

Thanks for the wiring diag. When you say they can be found in the "deck" is that inside the engine compartment (fuse block) or inside the car behind the firewall? I appreciate the help

What i should of said in the radio's wiring harness you will find most of the wires you need.
With tapping into it there you have room and are not to cramped to do a good job, plus it's well hidden and some what short wire runs to the gauges.
