Default My boot is all messed up

I was messing around with my shifter and this happened, anyone have advice on how to get it connected again? Can't seem to figure it out.

it is just a matter of clipping it back in. it may take some patience, but that's really all there is to it.

Yeah I see where those clips go but it doesn't fit anymore haha, spent like 20 min and couldn't get it :/

I got it... I just pulled up on the leather instead of trying to fit it

ahaha saw this post too late or i would have told you to just pull up on the boot lol. My car did that the other day. I almost called the dealer lmao. atleast you got it fixed

Haha yeah thanks though I actually work at a dealership and one of the techs told me to do that haha. I was kind of ____ed off for a couple hours.

Haha....The same thing happened to me as well a couple of weeks back. I wish the scion development team would of made the clips more attachable and snap tite when it came to the boot.

buy the redline leather boot. far better quality and wont rip like the cheap oem stuff.
