Exclamation repost gauge cluster not working

Alright so a few months ago I was curious and decided to take apart my dash, pulled everything and I was looking at doing a led cluster swap. It starting getting late then I put it all back together and then I was driving around and noticed that my speedometer and tachometer were not working, fuel gauge works and all the lights work but those two do not work. I've checked out all the fuses and connections, I even tried to reset the battery. Still no gauges please someone help me!!

try to pull off the needle and reset it to the zero position i had an issue with my tach and still do it wasn't set properly when re-installing so every now and then it wont move with the revs and gets stuck, its not catching on the pin that turns the needle
