Default tC2 Pioneer Audio Bluetooth Contact Set-Up Problem

I am unable to get my iPhone contacts transferred into the factory Pioneer PT546-00120 audio system. I follow all of the instructions all the way to where the radio display reads "transferring". It stays stuck in this mode until it times out about 5 minutes later. I am only trying to transfer one contact at a time beacause I have far too many in my iPhone to transfer them all.

Does anyone know how to make this feature work? The "instruction manual" is approximate at best. There is no instruction that tells you what screen your iPhone should be set to when transferring a contact to the phonebook in the radio. Help!

Default More phone book sync thoughts

I took my car to the dealer and was lucky that a guy was on hand there who understood the set-up. What I was doing wrong was trying to load one contact at a time, as I have about 800 contacts on my iPhone which is synced with MS Outlook. I thought that trying to load them all would cause a space issue for the radio. When we used the sync process as described in the user guide, we loaded all contacts and it worked fine. I didn't really want them all stored on the car, but am just happy that I can use the bloody thing now. The set-up for my Mini was so much easier. Another thing I learned is that there is no voice activated dialing on the standard radio, whick kinda sucks.

I hope this helps.
