Did you just fall off of the turnip truck today and land head first on the ground? How is anyone going to know that? Oh yeah, we all buy all variations of all performance equipment here
and dyno them just so we could post the dyno charts here for all to see!!!

Don’t be sorry, think. I bought a header…I like it. Someone else bought a header, they like theirs. Naturally we’re all gonna say that ours is the best. He has header X, I have header Y…what is the real world comparison? Unless you put header X on the same car as header Y and dyno them both on the same dyno, you’ve got ____! Now, what would you like to know after thinking about it and someone can give you a real answer...

having part X doesnt necessarily mean that one likes it.

What he is trying to find out if people notice rasp with one over the other or mpg improvement or even just known issues aka CELs

I've had plenty aftermarket parts that I swapped out and id have to say the good and the bad for all them

so yeah JJ stop scarring and scaring ppl off the forum. Id enjoy reading what people would put up here....

I've got the green one (ecologically correct with a catalytic converter) from Dezod…it works, it’s an improvement over the OEM exhaust…it sounds great with the TRD exhaust. I’ve just got to get around to wrapping it.

There is a way of getting around the CEL without a catalytic converter…the header manufacturer should provide you with a tube that your second oxygen sensor (downstream of the cat) slides into. It has a smaller hole in the end of it and therefore reads less oxygen…ECU thinks all is good. I don’t know about Weapons-R, but I never got a CEL with the green Dezod header. I am more interested in handling than I am with HP numbers. Since I’m not interested in raw HP numbers, and this car is DD, I didn’t want to screw with a CEL for the gain of 1-HP. Just not worth it to me.

As far as I know, those are the only two header manufacturers for the 2tC.

I think thats how weapon r works, it juss tricks the ecu to have no CEL, btw where do you feel most of the power? Ive heard it unlocks the midrange?

I don't remember...it's been so long ago since I've driven the tC.

1. I'm out of the country.
2. I've got a new toy http://www.conceptcarz.com/vehicle/z15862/Lotus-Exige-Cup-260.aspx
