Kinda both. I bought them used for 1500 shipped. An the guy that had them was really low so the rims rubbed alot on his fenders. But one of these days I might buy new ones and just sell these

 

and the fender? are texas roads that bad?

 

fender looks like paint chip from fender rolling/rubbing

and dont buy new ones, just powercoat them. its easy to do with white + you can use the same exact white paint if you want. im so smaht

No fender is dirty. Just the rim is pealing. Because they were rubbing on the previous owners car and he tried covering it up with paint.


Lmao! I was thinking that too. Just getting them powder coated to perfectly match the paint. And in the end would be about the same price if I just bought new ones. Well see what I do.
