My mom is just being her usual self and freaking out about it. She's worried they may not be safe etc.

That and I want to install them with some Scikotics friends but she thinks the people that I have to pay $200 are the only people that know what they're doing. :\

Either way they'll be on by the end of the month.

Just do what I do and wait till she goes to work. Lol my mom use to be the same way. When I opened up my headlights to paint them and install the halos I got about half way through the painting when she came home. I was like they're open now so it's too late.

Lol that's what I do most of the time. That's how I managed to take off my bumper to change out my fogs, do it when she's gone.

But this is different since I'd have to drive 40 miles South to my freind's house to install it since everyone lives down there and they have all the tools. It's kind of an all-day affair and won't really work when she's out. :\

k0ntr0lled, I would do that but I've got places that can do it in town, I'd just rather not have to go to them and spend any more money than I have to. My buds can do it for free as long as there's food around lol. Besides, they've done it before so they're "professionals" in my book. Thanks anyway.

Thanks, I am just going to tell them I don't want to spend any more money lol. And this could be a learning experience for me since I do want to work with cars for a living.

But my dad is all for it, so really my mom is going to have to let me do it eventually.

Not much in terms of new items, but I did get the A-OK to get the springs installed. I just need to set up a new time to put them on. It won't be for a while because I will be out of town for 2 weeks.

In other news, Woodstock is my new mascot!

Yeah it's great, but that's really the only pic I have of it, but you should be able to see it from the pic in the OP.

I procrastinated but it's finally done.

*Kid Rock Voice* I'M A LOW LIFE

I also changed my HID bulbs as well, no more blue!

Next I want to treat myself for my birthday and get a new head unit. And no, I won't even attempt to install this one myself lol.

Updated the pictures in the OP, as they were ancient.

My dad bought me the EVO3 for my birthday, and it's on the way now! I also plan on ordering the head unit within the next few days.

Its so easy! just buy the wiring harness and mounting kit from ebay for like 10 bucks total and a wire crimper and some butt connectors (actual name, not joking)

you pretty much connect the same color wires together and thats its. The whole dash comes apart in like 2 mins with three pieces that pull off without tools. Stereo is like the first mod you learn how to do when your 16!

But anyway I got around to installing my flasher relay, which is a serious pain being 6'2", I still somehow managed to get it in there. I also took out my snorkel on the air intake, and I am super glad I did. It had a noticeable improvement in throttle response and it sounds a little better.

Hopefully next time I update this I will be lower! (And maybe someone besides me will see this!)

what is this snorkel on the air intake you're talking about? what does it do?

The snorkel is just a little plastic tube that is attached to the end of your stock air intake. Removing it is perfectly safe and is sorta like changing a Cold Air Intake into a Short Ram intake. It will improve performance (only a little) and clear up some space under the hood.

I know just wires are my weakness lol. And I've got a local shop within walking distance from my house that will do it for a decent price.
