Also...
is that a color mis-match?! the right side seem to be cool white while the left is neutral white...

Yea.. Most I've seen on the road are stock... the only reason I turned my head is cuz I had a short glimpsed at the badge and its black..
I saw a RS7 in Alhambra the other day... that yellow didn't look as good as I'd hoped... LOL

i haven't see the RS7 in person...but its the same color as the yellow FJcruiser and i've seen a bunch of those...so i just think of that only smaller
yea.. i figured that's you since black out badge isn't something people would think of doing.. hahah!
I like the black rims on the RS7 and the push to start function... but other than that... not much of a fan... at first the yellow looked nice.. but the more I look at it.. the more I get the image of a taxi in my mind...

i kinda of thought the same thing....
but here is the thing...i swapped out both sides and switched them around multiple times with multiple LEDs

i did loose count...but i think the LED that was originally on the left (neutral white) is now on the right...the one that was originally on the right (cool white) is no longer on there...and the new LED is in the left side now
when i bought these i thought they were all the same white...
is it possible they are and there is something in the socket effecting the color?

The only way to find out is to mark down which is which and go through a trial-and-error process...
Color matching of the white LEDs is a tricky thing... I too had the same problem.. ended up going with everything from one supplier in order to get it matched up...

No not really. The power output of each socket should be the same.

i will go double check n figure out which is which...i just know i kept switching them until i got the best match
since the left is what i wanted to change then i would put a new one there first after a while i decided to go back between the two previous ones on the right...
so most likely that the right side which is "slightly blue still" was originally the one the left of the first pictures i took...
...weird

LOL...the reason why i keep putting it off is because it will be my first time doing an LED dash swap! i asked jtk2 what i need, which he graciously provided the info....
but other than that....i'm a virgin at this
i'm also so-so on soldering hahaha....which is why i feel like i might have to buy more things after my first attempt
