OK so here is another mod I did this weekend and what a pain in the butt it was. I ended up breaking something in the middle control
**** that had the button for the rear defogger, Well that button does not work anymore and now it does not click for each number that
you set it to. Now I have to see how much the dealer is going to rape me for that part. Anyway off the subject I painted my trims but I'm
not happy with it I made a lot of mistakes and now I want to take all the paint off and redo it. I just need to figure out what to use to get
all the paint off to start over. Here are the pics.

Hey Justin do you know where I can find a parts diagram for the car so that I can find out how much that part is going to cost?

Great work! 2 questions:

Did you straight paint your interior trim pieces (prime/paint) or did you plastidip then paint?

Where you from in NJ?

I got the paint from a company who makes paint for the auto companies using my color code for the car. I then put 4 coats of plastic primer waiting 10 to 15 min between coats. I then put 4 coats of the base paint again waiting 10 to 15 min between coats. And last I put 4 coats of the clear coat waitin 10 to 15 min between coats. Then. Waited 4 hours before putting back on. I'm from south amboy.

Sad to say that I had to take off the tail lights and put the old ones back on. To my surprise
they were not sealed right. after 3 days of raining they both had water and condensation in them.
I was so upset. As I tried to open it to dry it out I cracked one so $200.00 down the drain. Oh well
guess I will wait for someone to make better tail lights
.

Ah South Amboy. I'm from North Jersey.

Love what you've done with your car so far. You inspired me to get off my a$$ and start doing some interior work. Photos coming soon.

How do you like the the EZ-lip?

If you can, can you post a pic of your car from the side? Just want to know how it looks before I choose to buy lol cuz its either that or save up and get a 5:AD Kit since I don't really like the RS lip lol
