BUT yeah! thats about it lol i hope you enjoyed that little montage, future mods include: putting on my grille set, white CF hood with scoop or vents(painted white), Front mount intercooler, Sway bars, and many more to come, i will be building the motor too! but i need to break in this one for the time being, i will probably have it built in about a year or less, probably next summer or spring but who knows, maybe sooner.

questions? comments? PM me if you want and if you havent seen my boosted tc2 walkaround feel free to check it out! its pretty lame but w.e just showing the basics and whatnot, please like and comment if you want.

Which kit did you go with? Descendant I assume by the side mount intercooler? It looks good! Sorry you're on your second motor.

I was told that in order to avoid boost creep you should have an oem muffler or cat? Would this help?

i dont think so because all a cat does is convert harmful gases and a stock muffler wouldnt do much either as an exhaust is just used for output. i have a full greddy exhaust zand its just used for higher output and some performance. a standalone ecu could change everything as it controls eveeeery little thing. say it creeps, your tuner can tune it so that it can go into limp mode, or have an alternative method for creep, i cant go with one of those because i wouldnt be able to pass emmissions. without a cat, i still doubt i might pass but ive heard that i will. not sure what illinois standards are

there is an xb2 on here that does not run cats at all and had the boost creep issue. he would creep 12-15psi on a 8lbs spring. he had to put in too wastegates to fix the problem.
