I'm getting FormulaOne Pinnacle tint installed on Saturday at a local shop. I've been doing a lot of research and saw that some cars need "felt" installed in order to prevent the window film from getting scratched. Does anyone with (or without) tint know whether or not the new tC requires felt or anything else to be installed to prevent scratching?

 

no it doesnt. the tc already comes with "felt". i got my windows tinted 6 months ago and no signs of any scratches.
