I got the fog lights on ebay actually they're the same ones you would get from the dealer and the install was pretty easy. the mud flaps i got from rallyarmor.com for 15.99 + shipping i think it came out to like 26 bucks. That's the only picture i have of the exhaust right now but it was free!!! my father in law did it for our wedding present... he cut the muffler off the back and put a y pipe so it's not super loud and ricey sounding lol. i'll see if i can get a video some time this week. I can't wait for my twm short shifter to get here!!!

Nice color on the 2011 TC. I went with a cement color one. Sadly I can't drive a manual to save my life if I tried, just to simple for me.

Be glad you got the auto, the manuals are a pain in cold weather. I have to let my car warm up for 20-30 minutes in cold weather otherwiise it will not go into 1st or 2nd properly. I love manuals but this one ticks me off at least once a day.

Nice choice of color if i must say so myself haha. I was dead set on a black one then 2 daysbefore I went to the dealer I changed my mind. Shockingly enough the only one they had on the lot was a white 6-speed the exact car I wanted. I thought for sure I was going to have to order one.

My husband is installing my twm shifter and shift **** tonight when he gets done with work and i'll tell him to take pics of that and the dual exhaust as well. maybe even a video

Got the short shifter put in, it looks amazing and shifts way better than stock. Instructions were easy to follow. only problem he ran into was the plastic piece that holds the spring for the reverse lockout wasn't fitting right on the shifter but he took the other one and it worked out. only got two pictures cuz my battery was too low to take any more but here's the pics i managed to snap.

I wonder what the problem was with the plastic piece. I just installed mine a few days ago with no issues with that piece. I did have an issue however with the hat nut that kept then pin in. That was a _____ to get off.

I honestly don't know. one of them must have been just a tad smaller. the spring was already on one of them so i tried putting that one on the top and the bottom one didn't slide at all so i just switched them around and used more white lithium based grease and it works flawless now. and cutting wheel ftw to remove that nut lol. This was a lot easier than the one on my husband's cobalt he had to cut a lot out of his stock shifter (plastic part) for the new one to fit in there.

Yeah I had to use my "sharp flathead" in order to get that nut off...wait. Anyways, glad to see you got it installed. It makes a world of difference! I love it.

Not really feeling the angled pipes (at least it looks that way from the pics) but the dual exhaust look is suiting for the tc2

Not to sound mean or a-hole...The MudFlaps & Dual exhaust looks horrible on a tC.

Should be more for a Subie style.

The mudflaps are ok-- wouldnt put em on mine but they dont look bad. The duals look awesome tho. Ignore the haters. I wish there was a kit for duals. That shop did a really nice job with them actually.

People should post this same thing in your thread for spending as much money as you have on an automatic...And you're going to boost???

Like someone said before, don't listen to the hatters, especially when the same hatters do WAY more pointless mods to their AUTOMATICS. I think the dual exhaust looks great.

I simply think that duals on an inline 4 are extremely parasitic to power. There will be almost a complete loss of back pressure, anyone who knows about cars could tell you the same thing. If you dyno the car and show an increase in power, then great job and great discovery.

I never said that the duals don't look good. I think duals look great on almost any vehicle, but because I know of how reliant the TC is on back pressure, I know that it is a bad idea.

15 years ago, yes doing performance mods to automatic vehicles was less benificial than doing them to manuals. But times change. Technology has improved, and automatic transmissioins (especially in a 2011) have significantly faster shifts and better shifting points than they used to be. One of the reasons GT-R's are now only made in auto and paddle.

I'm not looking to build a 500HP race car. I purchased a 2011 TC because it is a sporty car, gets great gas mileage, has some power out of the box, and has potential to be fairly quick. Yes, I do plan on boosting my auto.. in the far future. It's a daily driver and the turbo will only make it even more fun to drive. There are tons of people on this forum that have and are modding auto's. Should we all just sell our auto's and stop modding them because they are very slightly (if that) slower than a manual?

If you'd like to post some numbers showing how modding a auto TC is significantly less benificial than modding a manual, then please do because I would love to see them. I'm only 18, I don't know everything there is to know about cars, but I feel I know enough to make informed decisions about what I do to my car.

Don't let this post interfere with your thoughts on your car, I think you're doing a great job with your build. Druidiron always seems to disagree with what I say and do.
