Hey everyone,

I'm new to the forum, and am just about to purchase my second tC, which is a 2016 manual, and would like some opinions on the options I am getting. I am in college, and my first tC (2006) was excellent throughout high school, which led me to get another. First off, it is a Blue 2016 manual. It has the low profile spoiler, cargo cover, carpet cargo and floor mats, interior light kit, door sill enhancements, fog lights, and the Nav/Audio package. I am very excited to get my hands on the car, but while it's still being wrapped up by the dealer, are there any other suggestions to add to my shopping list? The TRD quickshifter is very tempting . This will be my first manual car, but I have a decent amount of experience driving manual (30+ hours), and I was wondering what kind of impact the quickshifter would have on my driving skill. All opinions welcome!

The quickshifter on this car is a must regardless of skill level. Was my first mod when I got this car and I don't regret it. One of my first mods on my previous vehicle as well. The stock throws are insanely long.

Thanks for the input. I will probably buy it when I get to the dealership to pick up the car since it is already ordered.

TRD SS is a must. but you should also get the TRD weighted shifter ****. Makes a perfect combo and it is worth every penny of the $80 or so I spent on it. Check out trdsparks.com if you havent already, they have the "lowest" dealer pricing I found
