out with the old. in with the new.

This is just a random post, I guess mainly to share my excitement..

I went to the dealership Friday and traded my 2007 tC for a 2012 tC and after two days I can tell I will have NO regrets. I loved my 07 but the tC2 is going to be a blast.

I am a simple guy that is going to try to limit my spending.. (i'm engaged and have to keep my priorities straight haha).. but I thought i'd throw a few pictures up and write out my plans. Any opinions are welcome of course!

Here was my 07 I traded in:

Now for the 2012: [loved the super white so much i had to stick with it]

My plans so far [hopefully by next year]:

6000k HIDs - Already on their way
15% tint - In a few weeks
Short Throw Shifter - Within a few months
Injen Cold Air Intake - Probably spring
Tein S-tech Springs - Spring/Summer 2012
Wheel Spacers - I need to do more research
Pioneer Navi - Already In

Little Stuff:
2zero6 Front Plate Mount [too many tickets in the past]
Miscellaneous LEDs
Plasti Dip Logos - maybe
Stubby Antenna - just put it on today

I know most of my plans are nothing major but I can't wait to get started. And I am going to try my best to stay active on the forum, so hopefully you will see my name around

Congrats on the new car, I used that same plate mount and it was such a good product. Check around on the forum for LED swap info, there are loads of threads with bulb specs, disassembly info, all that.

I also traded my 07 for 11. There some minor things I liked about the 07 more. But love my 11. And reading your mod list. Seems like it's going to look like my car soon lol. With 6k, dark tint, s techs.

Mine will become more complex very shortly though. Looking to sell my s techs when coilovers I want come out. New wheels. And do alot of painting.

Other than that congrats!

thanks guys! I can't wait to get started. there are a few minor things I liked more about my 07 but definitely nothing major enough to make me regret my decision.
