That is a forum section that seems to be noticeably absent from this website. Am I missing it somewhere or is basically just located in whatever section fits the specific problem?

It seems like a no-brainer to have one, so potential buyers like me can read up all in one place the stuff you guys had problems with and the solutions to them.

 

or you could just use the search button like everyone does on every major forum known to the internet.

That would require knowing what you're searching for before you search. With a dedicated section to problems and solutions a person could take their own time reading through the forum without anything specific, and learn of all the issues without having prior knowledge of the problem.

the point of the section threads are to group anything related to that section...whether it be news, problems, releases, etc.

someone isnt going to sit and go through random threads about every single possible random problem. it would be very unorganized.

basically what u r asking for is a general section...which is known as the "lounge"

 

It's not going to happen. When problems arise, otherwise known as TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins) they are posted. Often times they are even pinned to the top of the parent forum for each model. Anything else you'll just have to search when or if the issue arises.
