when either of you lowered the car, did you adjust the height of the headlight beam/HIDs?

I realize you weren't asking me, but I adjusted the headlights before lowering the car. Beams seemed focused low.

Hey Ted, just placed my vinyl order with DT9, but when will shirts be available? It's been about a month since you posted that they'd be available soon on the blog.

@Yuri, not at all, the angle of the front doesnt change much when lowering the car, there really isnt that much of a need to adjust the headlights.

@JPfeffer, We actually just got the rest of the materials needed to make the shirts, I expect to have them ready for sale in a couple of weeks. Thank you for the order BTW, they will be in the mail tonight.

Always appreciate the support!

Let Ted or myself know if we can do anything for you, including if you have an interest in a specific shirt saying

@Ted - I appreciate it! By the way... Where'd you get your cooling plate and engine cover?? I looked on PJDM (irony that there's a "JDM" for Scions?...) and didn't see anything. Also looked at Doc Iso's page and he only has gen 1 plates. Are they prototypes? And I guess you haven't heard anything new on the RS yet, huh?

@Dan - Will do! I'm excited to get these in... Now if I could just get my hands on the car... Lol.

They can only be ordered through Descendant. They are produced by PW:JDM though.

I believe it was a first generation that took first place.

I actually didnt have my camera with me, so I didnt get any pictures on my own, they will all be through a third party...

Seems like you have better luck with shows than I do. I learned my lesson attending a car show where most of the attendants were in a car club sponsored by the dealer throwing the show. Needless to say, I took 3rd out of 3 there.

The Scion Remix show I went to was a joke. They had only a best of show for each model car so my second gen was thrown in with the first gen and the xBs and the one xD that showed up... The guy with fiberglass interior and 200 tvs won that one...

Ted,

Cars for Canines in Randolph should be a good show...7/31

I was also wondering if you will do your meet up this coming Tuesday?
Vacay week, so I'm hoping to meet some people from the forum.

If I were running a CAI I could see that being a concern, but it's a SRI so it's less of a factor. FWIW, I haven't noticed a difference in power or intake temperature after relocating the plate.

I missed out on seeing your car last week, I hope you'll be joining us again one of these Tuesdays.
