Just your typical student in Dallas, Got really lucky and parents sprung for the Release series. (While I paid for the downpayment and insurance of course!) Hella lucky. Been lurking Scionlife for awhile now and decided to join. Previously had a Altima coupe, but my mom hated me driving a stick.. so we had to trade it in for an automatic Tc ! (Welp)
Miss it dearly, but damn interior on the scion> the altima hands down.

Lol! Laugh at the reasoning why everytime I tell people why, but she straight up said " You think i dont hear you redline your car when you pull out of the neighborhood every morning? You're having to much fun!" LOL, Plus she thought it was a hassle for me, but i miss driving stick dearly. And hey, parents are the one that are paying for most of the car so i shall abide by their rules..

Oh, I can't really compare the two cars on drive cause one was well, a stick while my tc is an auto, but interior wise scion beats the altima handsdown. It's just more an appealing layout and having controls on the steering wheel was defiantly a nice add on. Both are phenomenal cars! I do get tons of head turns when i drive though! Especially kids ! Thanks for the warm welcome SL!

you can still redline the auto......just floor it every gear lol

 

Or put it in tiptronic and bounce off the limiter to ____ her off lol

 

oh i did not know the tc had that option. i have that in my xb2 tho lol
