Its too bad it takes so much to get something done, but good they took care of it. My dealer scratched(very lightly) a spot near the rear side window. Service manager gave me a name and location to take it to and to tell them he sent me and it would be taken care of....still need to do it. This service dept. is why I bought from this dealer, sales dept is a bunch of theiving criminals!!
