Welcome to the forum! Either way, I'm sure the helpful thing to do is not suggest a different platform when we're on a tC2 forum. Otherwise, every thread would just end with "Or, buy a car that was meant for power and not economy."

My advice is be realistic with gains and do a lot of research. I/H/E will not net you 15 WHP, especially without a tune. The engine won't be advancing or retarding ignition timing nor will the fuel trims be adjusted without a tune. The stock ECU won't know what to do with all the extra and will most likely just throw a code

There aren't of lot of dyno results from singular parts on here, because it isn't all that cost efficient to get a measurement before and after the part is installed, unless you can get dyno time for free. So, to be honest, you'll want to just stick with the brands you like and stuff like the sound of the exhaust when you're going bolt-on's that are non-forced induction.

Thanks Zero. That's about what I figured, and the most logical answer, and I am most likely going that route. Chances are good I'll fall back on experience and take it from there. It honestly sounds like yo get gains at all I will be needing more than just A part and instead be needing MULTIPLE parts.

Agency power pulley frees up power and makes a noticeable difference. Best mod for the price. Buy one now! I love it. You will need an impact wrench and you can get them at a cheap hardware store like harbor freight for under 40 bucks in special for an electric one. Now you have more power, a fun tool and payed under 200 bucks. Enjoy! Lol

Oh also braces and springs make this car handle waaaaay better. I just went eibach springs to retain performance and not just for looks, eibach sways and to performance and aem braces. It handles like a go kart. I have way more fun with better handling than speed.

These are mods I'm likely to make right away. Power is useless if you can't harness it.

I've seen some nasty generation ones. You don't need 400whp; more along the lines of 350whp would be more than enough to dust a stock 5.0. From a roll, of course.

31210 MSRP + Sales Tax + Other fees that dealerships tack on for various things (floor mats, tint, whatever). I guarantee you won't pay a dime less than $32,000.

I paid $22,000 for my tC; 22000+5500 (PTuning Turbo) +4000 (Dezod Shortblock (without a usable core -$1000)) = 31500. That will yield much more than 350 whp as well.

That is less for smoking 5.0s. I wouldn't ever drive a ford, anyways. If I wanted a V8, I would go Chevrolet any day of the week.
