Test Driving RS8 This Saturday...
It actually isn't more rare than the RS 8.......RS 8 has 2000 units total and 125 or so of those are for sale in Canada. However, I think you have a sweet ride (rims and colour look awsome) but IMO the Sport decal on the lower side of the car is out of place/doesn't flow with the body.
PS what do you mean by better feature integration? You can add/take away anything from the RS 8........you can even replace the seats with heated leathers with your choice of colour and stitching.

I see your point about the Sport badge. I wanted to show people that I didn't just make up the tC Sport by myself and it isn't just text on a feature description - It's actually on the vehicle.
As for rarity, I'll bet there aren't 2000 Cement Sport-packaged tC's with carbon fiber accents, lit door sills, grey/black leather seats, and special edition (RS
What I meant (I was unclear) about the better integration is the fact that the black-grey "color" scheme is consistent throughout in a more complex and cohesive way. The grey and carbon fiber accented door panels and sills. The grey and black seats. The grey body, black grille, and black wheels. The carbon fiber badges. It all flows together. By contrast the RS8 interior was an unremarkable black throughout with some red stitching. It didn't really feel "special edition."
Of course I really liked the A-5 body kit and the lowering springs on the RS8. Those were the main features that drew me in to test drive it. (I drove 4 hours to get there.) In my test drives I tried to feel the springs, but unless I was really pushing it I could hardly tell a difference. I'll still pick up a set of springs for my car for the look and the rare moments they will help handling. But I'm a pretty boring commuter 99% of the time.
Thank you. And of course I see your points about replacing parts on the RS8. I am making this comparison because in my case the final price was only about $500 more than an RS8 even with the premium audio unit. I could put a body kit and springs on my car, but I'm attempting a 1 to 1 comparison right out of the showroom door.
