I've had my tC RS 8.0 for about two weeks now and I seem to have no rattling issues (knock on wood). Maybe they addressed the issues in the 2013 models? But then again, it seems to be about a 50-50 split on people who have rattling issues and people who don't.

 

Well they address it on alot of 2013 models not all. On the tsb it shows were it should have ended on but yours might have been after the production number from the tsb.

 

So Scion has been aware of the rattling issue and has resolved it for those who have it?

Mine has no rattling 13 model too.

 

I have slight rattle only from the sunroof when its tilted and mine is a 12'.

 

I have a case open with corporate after the dealership told me they were out of options for door panels and sunroof rattling. My sunroof has been worked on twice and every piece of the door panels have been replaced to no avail (along with the numerous other things). You're lucky you aren't experiencing any noises.
