doing it at a custom exhaust shop?
I like the stock exhaust's noise, but i have been looking for the elusive Descendant exhaust. no one seems to be selling.

O that guy. i already contacted him and he is not shipping he said. also he doesn't seem to be selling just the exhaust - its a bunch of other stuff too like the weapon R header which i do not want at all.

Post a sound clip of your exhaust when you finish it!

isn't that the secondary cat that you circled? how are you going to pass inspection when it is time without it?
i know its a long time until inspection but still, i don't think it passes w/o both cats on the car?

Well in wv they dnt check emissions at most shops and that technically didn have an o2 sensor in it so no check engine light also when u purchase a catback system that bolts to the S pipe they dont come with a cat. So ill b ok unless I move to Cali .......I hope.

wait catback systems delete the secondary cat? i thought it was called a catback because it retained the cat and bolted right to the back of it...confused.

Primary cat is apart of the header. Most cat backs do bolt right up to. The cat under the car. But our cars ate different

The circled portion is not a cat, it is a resonator.

I didn think it was a cat because there was no o2 sensor in it

that huge thing is a resonator? wow it looks like a cat with that shape. i'm guessing then that the second cat is the little thing in front of the huge pipe. and i know the first cat is up near the header.

so if that's the case then, do you still remove that little second cat in the pic when you do your catback?

i see that's a shame. looks like i'm stuck with axlebacks. if i ever turbo (not likely) then i'd do a catback.

Not to thread jack but why won't you do catback? There is no sensor monitoring the second cat.
