Default Wipers won't park to the bottom position.

I think I might know what's wrong but not sure. My wipers were working fine and now when I let go of the stalk when spraying or just turning wipers on the stop wherever I stop them instead of going back down. Could this be a wiring problem? Or is it a relay? Not too big of a deal since its not raining much in tx but would like to fix this problem

sounds to me like a relay. idk about the tc but my ford has a separate fuse and relay for wiper return. id try to find a wiring diagram and look into a return relay for sure

Yeah I have to look for a diagram. I checked fuses today before it got dark but fuses are good, I figured. Just gotta try and find that relay. Think a wire grounding out could pop that relay?

absolutely. relay will even go out if subject to too much heat or vibration...there pretty delicate.

This happened to me last winter. Force them down. Firmly push each one down with each hand at the same time.

if you turn them off with the switch and they go down but not all the way then press them down but if you turn them off with the switch and they stay where there at on the windsheild then look for a relay
