Default Dampening Settings??

Hey all, just got new BC Racing BR Type Coilovers for my 15 tC. Want to see any suggestions on where I should adjust the dampening to for a smooth ride.
I like to drive fast, but roads here in Cali suck so are pretty bumpy. I'm trying to look for a daily settings that can be smooth while driving fast and to where I'm not bouncing around too much.

These coilovers have about 30 settings going from soft to hard

All suggestions appreciated, Thanks!

I'd start in the middle and work up or down until you find the ride you are looking for...someone else's settings may not suit your tastes or the roads you find yourself driving on. It's going to be a matter of 'trial and error' until you find the ride quality you want.

For the street I run my Flex Z's (and previous other coils) at full soft. No point in wearing out the shocks faster than you need to for daily driving.

Also for the first 1-200 miles or so you should run coilovers at full stiff to purge any nitrogen out of the chambers that could have moved around during storage and shipping. They'll also break-in during this period. FWIW though I found my Flex's to ride better even at full stiff than the factory suspension did.
