Default Need help taking off caliper

So essentially all that you need to do is take off the 2 14mm bolts behind the caliper to losen up the brake and then you can take off the other 2 larger bolts to remove the caliper completly. However im running into an issue here.... when I twist either of the 14mm bolts... the inner bolt within the slide pin just turns. It looks like this job requires a second wrench probably around 15mm to hold that inner bolt in place.

Is anyone running into this issue?

so im thinking ill need a Cone Wrench such as this illustration suggests....

Left me find out which way im supposed to twist it? Lefty Loosy, right tighty .. right? If this is the case then im facing the passenger side rotor and im pushing down towards the ground with the 14mm socket wrench. This in term would be the same as lefty loosy. Is this right?

It is a lot easier if you put a clock face on the head of the bolt…turn the wrench clockwise – tighter. Anti clockwise – loose.

well i am diffidently going counterclockwise wise... however when i turn it the inner bolt turns as well. I'm sure at this point that i need a cone wrench just to hold that inner bolt in place because this just doesn't seem to be going anywhere without it.
