Question: what would be the pros/cons of this bar made from aluminum vs. steel? Seems like aluminum would be the natural choice here instead of steel -- just curious.

traction bars will reduce wheel hop at launch so that you can get off the line quicker. Usually a 1/4mile thing.

First batch shipped last week and this week, the orders in between are being shipped today and tomorrow. We currently are sitting on 10 more braces in stock ready to be painted and ship :D this weekend we should begin work and testing of our mid chassis brace which will also be only 50 dollars plus shipping. This should weigh far less than the Tanabe and be extremely strong. Front strut bar should also be in the works this weekend or next, and cost is set to be around 75 dollars due to a more expensive and intricate build. This bar will connect to all three strut tower bolts on each side unlike the Cusco which only connect to two.

OK everyone, tomorrow we should have pictures up of the new X brace, front strut bar, and mid chassis brace! Get stoked! Prices will be set as follows
-$50 for the Trunk Brace
-$50 for the mid chassis
-$75 for the Front Strut Bar
-$?? for the X Brace(pending production)
remember the color options are red and Black! Check back in for pictures of the pre-production braces tomorrow. We are going to continue to test and have them ready for sale within 2 weeks if all goes well :D We are just interested in which ones you are most interested in so feel free to leave a response with the ones you like best.
