i have s tech installed and from a week after installed i hear almost a squeeking noise in rear! wtf could it be i tightened the rear swing arms again. please help, btw it only happens with i go over tiny hills like leaving driveway but i have to be going slow! please help!

 

chek the rubber bushings that you put on top and bottom of the springs make sure they are right, i had the same problem and had to fix the "bushing" and it was fixed

Did you remove the sway bar end link from the control arm during installation? If you did, make sure that the rubber bushing is properly seated in the arm as it needs to be center(bushing centers it). Otherwise, you may here some noise when the bar flexes.

 

I did , so the need to be center?!

 

The bushing itself has a "flare" that allows it to be center in the hole in the control arm.

 

Hmmm well I plugged it back through the hole and torqued it down to the 50 pounds and it was still making it so I made it 60lbs

 

You don't need to torque the hell out of. 60 is way to much for that rubber bushing. I tightened mine up until it was snug then gave it another half turn and haven't had problems.

Did you check to make sure the spring was seated properly in the perch including the rubber insulator?

 

Yea but they hellasettled lol the rear I was looking at the rubber piece u have to put from stock ones to the teins and it moved a tad should I just reset them and redue the linkage? What pounds u suggest?

 

I would suggest 25-30lbs max. Also, yes make sure the insulator is properly seated, if it moved, correct it.

 

Okay I will tomoro and with 25 lbs won't it come loose?! Lol especially after having it at 60?!

 

No, it shouldn't. You have to realize the size of the bolt/nut combo. Small nuts/bolts don't need high torque because they just cannot handle it. Plus from what I can remember the nuts were self locking nuts anyway.

 

Ohhhh so will that stop the noice if I adjust those and reset the sprigs?

 

Depends what is not seated properly. Best bet is to go over everything you touched while installing the springs and double checked that everything is seated correctly.
