Default Tire size/rim size on 11-12 tC question

It's been a while but i'm back... just scooped up a 2012 tC... ditched the '08

Anyway, I've seen some stuff pertaining to this but not all in one area. I need to get some new shoes and rims for the car.

All the TRD suspension is done already, so taking drop into account..... whats the max tire and rim sizes for the car?

I'd like to go with a 19x8.5 40mm offset and a 235/35/R19 tire.

Do you think these would rub at all or anything?

You would be ok with a set up like that and TRD springs. Shouldnt rub at all.

Nope...that would screw-up the handling, make it look stupid and then I won’t be any different than the masses.

False. Masses dont have their cars lowered at all by a HUGE margin

u mentioned you were getting coilovers from TEIN, still planning on it? What would you set the ride height at?

Yes...still planning on it...but I've got another toy that I'm playing with. http://www.yourautostuff.com/exotics...exige-cup-260/
Go back to this thread for how low... it should be at least 1.0" but I don't think it will be more than 1.5"...I really don't know because I have not looked into this yet. My guess is about 1.2".

Nope…Really Big Brake Kit front and rear… TRD BBK only increases the cooling capacity of the front brakes. I’ve increased the cooling capacity and the braking torque by 33% front and rear…so these qualify as RBBK.
