meaning i lost my high beams.
can i just buy new h3 bulbs and connect them back on my stock harness?
will it work? i have 7 days to go get inspected..

if everything is plug and play, simply reverse installation.

Yes. Assuming the install followed the picture that you posted, nothing was altered with your stock wiring. Just pop a bulb in the stock harness and insert it into the headlight.

LOL....I just realized that this post is over a month and a half old. I'm guessing that seven days is already up by now, huh?

h4 bulb, not h3. Plus they make h4 hid hits for both high and low beams.

my old HID kit was low beam only (mustang) and i had to switch back to regular bubs to get it inspected. only takes a minute or 2. now i have a dual-beam. HID high beams are nice.
