I have 2 inch drop in Denver and I do deliveries.
With 2 inch drop, I have done deliveries through unplowed side streets with no problem!! Don't worry bout it!!!
But worry about ride comfort though, 2 inch drop will make rear shocks travel at or near the bumpstop range, kind of bouncy.
