my $20 grille inserts
I just finished putting this grill insert onto my xB. Here are some pics.



I have a few touch ups to do tomorrow, but overall great cheap mod. I did not use the plastic trim and I did not paint the insert just kept it the color it came.

same principles apply. i did go back and use a couple tie wraps to be sure it held. this is no different than buying the mesh from parts store and diy. the big difference is the gutter material is less than $2 compared to $30.
