whoa this thread has got a lot of posts now, sorry I haven't been able to respond, been busy with work and stuff. But I love the Under panel. It is mainly for aerodynamics, but it also helps cool the motor, and protect it from any debris that may bounce up into the motor due to auto-cross or any racing. I bought it for the everyday protection it offers, plus it is a neat piece to have on there. Yea and Neo has the C-One under panel I believe but the company that makes some Beatrush stuff, Laile, makes some stuff for c-one as well I believe, so they are basically the same, just diifferent name on them.

i just installed my underpanel last night... took longer for me to open the box and jack up the car... though before i strarted i attempted to read the manual. damn if only i knew to read japanese. but after a little common sense and a blow to the noggin thanks to my bumper, it was on. i tried to use as many of the factory bolts as i could. mostly the 4 that hold up the brackets on the sides. only thing i didn't do is loosen the 2 bolts to slide in the brackets to complete the back - no impact gun. hopefully when i get my shocks installed i can get that finished up. i also bought it primarily for the protection, but i cal feel a,difference in the way it feels when i pick up speeds.

many thanks to kamispeed for the service and sale. pleasure doin business with you.

yo bdiddy... did you have to take off the panel to remove the oil filter, or have you not changed your oil since the install?

I wouldn't try that man. The dealerships don't know anything about quality parts so they would take a look at the under panel and say forget it. Just take the panel off before going to the dealer, you can leave the two side pieces and the front piecee bolted up, but just take the big panel off. That way they can get to the oil filter without ruining your panel.

yea I am not trying to make it sound like you have to take it off for it, but do you want to put that expensive piece in the hands of a dealership who don't know what it is or how to take it off and put it back on nice and gently like we do? lol. I never put those two "w" shaped pieces on the monster bolts on the cross member. They aren't necessary I think.
