xA Factory Spoiler Install?

xA Factory Spoiler Install?
I finally got a Factory Spoiler for my xA, from Jeff at Longo, and after I drill the holes, it calls for a special tool to install and expand the threaded nuts/rivets.
Consulted with my local Toyota guy, and he says he hasn't done a Spoiler, but knows they don't have this tool mentioned in the instructions.
How do other people secure the threaded nuts, plan to do this weekend and any thoughts are appreciated, thanks.
