blah....I think those clear lens on the back are dope I can't wait to afford them.. for my xa....as far as the look of likeness..mmm it's a toss up for me, more like a baby matrix.....

i see a closer resemblence of the xA to the matrix. the xA also sorta looks like my old car, 2002 Honda Civic Si

It looks much closer to a Matrix than an RX. I've got an RX-300 and an xA, and the only thing similar is that it has identical door lock switches as well as the power window switches.
