hey guys,

i've been lurking these forums ever since i got my xA last month. Very imformative and helpful. So far i'm very happy with my purchase. however, i have a quick question: are the windows in the back doors supposed to go all the way down? i just recently noticed that mine don't go down flush like the front door windows. is this normal?

if what i think you're asking is what you're asking, then when you put the windows down, the back windows don't go all the way down. i think it might be a safety thing or something (cause every car i've owned has been this way, that the back ones only go down about 3/4 of the way).

 

Not sure about the xA's but the xB's rear windows go all the way down...

 

Typically, it's due to the rear fender intruding on doorspace. The xB has a split rear window to allow the window to retract fully.

 

yeah, that's exactly what i'm talking about. thanks. i wasnt sure if it was normal, I never owned a 4 door car before!
