Are the center-mounted gauges on the xA distracting while driving?

I have another question: what are the xA's gauges like at night? Do they illuminate like traditional gauges, or are they plain and a light shines on them?

there adjustable brightness,led backlight illuminated. and the cluster in the middle, very nice. hard for me to drive my other car after driving the xA for a while.
