CyR's XA build
Figured i would post this here instead of the intro forum. For all interested...
So far, on the way home from buying it, i stopped by Raceland and grabbed a set of coilovers (they're based out of Utah). After getting those installed, i was pleased to find out my water pump was dying and replaced that right away.
Next came the wheel search. First was a set of Miro' STP 1's in 16x9 +15...yes...they poked quite a bit, and seemed a bit too small. So i sold them and ordered new STR 510 wheels in green 17x7 +35. Seeing as how i had 17's on my Lexus and still have the wheels, i swapped those tires over to save money. Well, they were 225/45/17...too wide and they rubbed the coilovers, put in 3mm spacers to compensate, and realized the tires literally wouldn't allow me to turn lock to lock lol. Now i have the large tires on the rear still and bought proper 205/40/17's for the front, still running spacers to push them out a little. So far i'm happy with it, but surely will be swapping the rear tires to smaller ones soon too, strictly for looks.
Inside, i just got a handmade wooden shift **** put in and finally found a decent cell phone holder lol.
Will be updating with current and cleaner pics soon, thanks for watching!

it's the RainX kit from O'reilley auto out here, yellow box with sanding pads and such.
so i think my coilovers are on wrong in the rear, is this right?
cause my perches sit atop a nut back there, his don't and it would explain my stink bug stance. i assume all his nuts are under the factory perch?
