Ok, so I'm trying to replace the dome light in the front, but I can't seem to get the cover off. I see a very small notch opening at the front, but when I went to leverage that off with a small screwdriver, it started to scratch up and deform. Am I missing something? Do you pop the whole unit off?

I was working on this, but I decided to just ask for advice before I forced something irreparably.

had to go at it with a knife. minor scuf___e. wish toyota would have engineered that better

 

the scissors in the first aid kit work perfect

 

I used a small screw driver and still scraped it up a little but oh welllllll lol
