Ok, so now it's getting really hard to pump gass into the xA..
Have had problem for last 3 years or so and want to know if any one else has had / fixed this on their xA. Would like to know if this is common with the xA or not but have to refuel very slow or handle keeps clicking off. Fortunatly I don't have to refuel very often, still it is a pain.

Mine didn't start acting up till 5th year of ownership. Warranty won't cover filler neck replacement
since it has expired.. and yes my VIN is within range for the TSB on this problem. Just wondering if any other scion owner has fixed this their self and know what to replace/repair.
I have the same problem, but it's only at some gas stations, at all. At the gas stations where I do have the problem, I hold the gas nozzle sideways or upside down. It usually gets rid of the problem.
I also try to stick to the local gas stations where I know I don't have a problem. There might also be certain pumps that give you more problems than others, at the same gas station. Try using different ones to find out which ones work out better.
I too am outside the warranty and never had the filler neck replaced. It turns out that Toyota made them so thin that a fast flow of gas is slowed down by it. This prevents it from flowing at the same speed as the pump is pushing and the nozzle thinks that the tank is full.
